Depends what you're trying to achieve. If you want a real Bulgarian right side folder like the AR-M14SF / AR-M4SF, then buy the SAM7SFK-80 ("Gambit"), SBR it and remove the Gambit muzzle attachment. If you don't care if the stock is milspec, or want to use a brace, get the SAM7K-44. Avoid the original SAM7K, it's cheaper but the muzzle / bbl configuration is pretty stupid, with the non-functional muzzle devices and lack of threads.
As far as wether or not they are "good", they are generally considered to be among the better AK pattern guns ever imported, and because they are pistols they are entirely Bulgarian made. The SAM7SFK-80 has some US parts (fixed muzzle device, hand guards, grip, maybe the FCG? Not sure if any others) IIRC, but you do get that authentic stock, and what they changed can easily be swapped out.
