Any thoughts on this build? Builder and QC must have either been sleeping together or drinking then sleeping together

Makes me wonder if that barrel pin is loose/undersized. For that right price I'd buy it as that is an easy fix if that's all that's wrong with it.
ETA 3rd pic just showed up. That is odd, it looks like they tried to "mill" the other side so its flush. I used the term mill loosely. |

Price is $1200. It says unfired previous owner...not sure if they were afraid to fire it. ??

Heard DC Industries built these but this looks a good old fashioned CAI build... betting the front sight is crooked
