I have a AK105 project in my US barrel, the overrall lenght from the barrel chamber to the 24mm threads  is 12.75 after I pressed it in and I have a muzzle device that measures 3 inches.

Does the law takes overall length in total after a pin and weld? Or can I leave the barrel poking out at 13 and then pin and weld to make it 16 legal? Or use a washer maybe?

Muzzle brake in question, which measures 3 inches.

As long as it is 16" from bolt face to end you are good after the pin weld. Just use a cleaning rod to make sure
