Outstanding!!! Sign me up.
It would be nice if they added a division to manufacture inexpensive US 7.62x39 and 5.45x39 ammo as well. |
|
For the record, if they can bring these in for under $1250 (which is the cost of a Tula kit for me at rguns when they have them) I will buy one.

patiently waiting with credit card in hand. Hope I can afford it :)

We had the steel cased line in the works before the whole ammo ban. 7.62x39, 5.45 and 54R will be manufactured in the US under our soviet arms brand. This project is a very large construction and manufacturing project that has been going on for about a year. Our current timeline has the first steel cases rounds coming off of the line in 2023. Of course any project this large can see delays. We should be able to make up for most of the missing Russian imports. Jamin |

Quoted: How far are your investments on the ammo line, like making your own primers, or even powder, given the shortages of both (easing up as they may be now)? View Quote It's pretty big if they are going to make affordable steel case. Cheap AKs and steel case would be great to have plentiful again. I was debating on just keeping a few for the novelty and sticking to 556 and x51 in modern stuff but this would definitely change that. |

Also, if you do not mind me saying so, please release the 105's without furniture in a similar configuration as the 104's you did at $650. A lot of us have spare furniture and triggers and could justify a fun purchase when the price is low. best of luck. |

$1200 for the kit alone. $200 for the barrel. $200 for the receiver with rail. $300 Time and Material for build. $100 For paint. $100 Just for fun. + Shipping, Tax, and FFL. $2200+ What do you think? |

Wow… This is definitely good news!!
PSA, if I could make ONE small recommendation… First, I’m glad you’re using FN/USA made barrels, but PLEASE!! have FN/USA mark their barrels in an area that’s completely covered up by the handguards!! I love AKs and understand 922r situation, but you’re building “collector grade” firearms and its those “little” things that matters to collectors, especially if you’re charging primo price. Seriously, I’m glad to see your company/corporation also focusing on repos of classic military styled firearms for us collectors!! |

I am very glad to see all of this, you guys are awesome.
I really hope the Tula AKMs aren’t cheap, I don’t need one. |

It is nice to see all of the options that Palmetto is bringing to the table for AK Shooters . The variety of configurations is impressive so say the least . We got in some of their rifles a few weeks ago and the fit & finish was beautiful .

If not, then they will be quite a collectors item, being that Russian parts with a premium US barrel and receiver will be better than any garage built kit. |
