I've been trying to get 2 for 2 years now.  I keep getting the response that there will be another run "soon".  I've even offered to pay up front.

I emailed and got a reply :

"Do you need the FCG housing and the modifications to the carrier and bolt also?"

I replied Yes. And asked what it would cost.

I know this is an older post ..Im looking at getting a PKM Kit and trying to source a builder and/or semi parts. have you purchased the TEC conversion ? Or what route did you go ?
