Yeah that was all he had plus I'm trying to get my SGL-21 paid off first then stock up on ammo

Non corrosive, steel core.

You can't always trust the markings on the boxes, but factory "71" did begin using a red primer seal, circa 1985-86 to indicate non-corrosive primers.

They also adopted a knurled crimping groove to identify lead core projectiles. "71" is the only Chinese ammunition factory to specifically identify these traits on ammo exported to the US.
