I need some advice. Is this Romanian from Atlantic firearms a good deal.

Don't have one although that wood is nice looking on it. I would buy it just for that as it is different then other ones out there.

It nice wood alright.  Mostly want it for more of a serious rifle, more of my next hit the fan rifle.  As well as a rifle to play with.  Was thinking about the Riley Defence but I trust a American ak as much I trust a Russian f150.
