I don't recall the importer, but there was a batch that the ATF confiscated claiming that they were once machine guns.

Labanu, Ronkonkoma, NY didn't only import rifles with the third hole riveted, through, they brought in some legit MAK-90s. My latest acquisition is one of them, though it's got the slant-cut receiver, and I'd have rather have gotten one with a straight-cut. For the price, I'm not complaining.
