I read a claim the NPAP (not the latest ZPAP) went kaputz within 5,000 rounds at Battlefield Vegas. Has anyone heard that?

I know the metal used then was 1mm instead of ZPAP's 1.5mm. Still, 5,000 rounds is not many.

What exactly gave out at 5,000 rounds? trunnion failure? bolt? barrel?

Wasn't that a Full Auto converted Zastava that failed?
While that thread is great for comparing apples to oranges, that shouldn't be taken as gospel either. Those are worst case extreme touture conditions for firearms.
