Elsewhere online, a fellow referred to his milled WBP AK. I haven't heard of those and certainly never saw them for sale. I guess they stopped making them.

Were the milled WBP AKs as esteemed for a milled AK as their stamped models are esteemed for a stamped AK?

They brought in some milled pistols recently. Rifles are probably coming.

They'll probably be spendy, considering the stamped ones are 12 or 13 hundred.

I prefer any of my AKs to my Yugos (70 and 92) because the Yugos are so much heavier. Wouldn't a milled AK be even heavier yet? No thanks.

Yugo/Serb AKs weigh as much as most milled AKs. (Around 8lbs)

I guess the milled AKs are stronger than the Yugo/Serb AKs even though Yugo/Serb ones are 1.5mm metal, as opposed to the standard 1mm metal.

I wonder how much the thicker 1.5mm stamped metal helps for longevity
