So I went ahead and bought it, it spoke to me very strongly.......

Now the question is, who would you fellas recommend that I send it to to have it riveted????










All the screws are really tight and it doesn't look like its ever been fired.

In most cases you can rivet a screw build. My issue with a screw build is what else did they skimp/shortcut on the build?

Screw builds were a thing back when parts kits were cheap and plentiful, and people didn't want to buy tools or mess with bucking rivets.  Lot less skill involved with a screw build, doesn't mean the gun isn't a good gun.
