Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - M70 advice please

I rescued a bubba's M70 with an extended handguard on it, there wasnt enough clearance for the hand guard with the grenade sight/gas shut off so the previous owner dremeled the sight off. There is just enough left that it lays flush but barely, should I expect cycling issues and can I easily replace the launcher sight?

Pictures would help, but it should be fine. The leaves aren't common anymore but you should be able to find one to replace it on some of the AK specific boards' marketplace.
