My Galil Ace. I ordered it Friday and received it Monday. It's a bit on the heavy side, but I like it. I got the Mepro M21 for it because Israel. I think I'd like a Trijicon on it better, but it's probably going to stay like this. I have a Midwest rifle-length handguard coming for it today that I'll be putting on it. Hopefully it lightens it up a bit.

Got my Steiner M332 today in .308 that I got from Optics Planet for like $280. Added a handguard from RS Regulate for around $250. So this whole battle rifle cost me right under $1600.

Old school Galil with new night sights, new wood, a custom 1 in 9 barrel, new tubing on the stock, new cocking knob, AK scope mount, yada, yada. Can NOT wait to get my hands on this. My new Jeep gun.

Jeff Miller build is in. I changed the color of my handguard to a more "oem" color, modded my Midwest Industries mount to clear the rear sight. Just using a FastFire in lieu of whatever tickles my fancy later.
Smooooooth, clean build. I have a couple of other accessories I have decided to add on the way as we speak....but if ANYONE can find me an R4 gas tube with the hold spring...I would be much obliged. I swear.....just like Jeeps and ARs and 1911s....they are NEVER done. Sorry about adding the Polish AK mount....but Israeli mounts are rare as hen's teeth...and with the MwI rail...I am really enjoying this.   
Other Mods...ALG trigger ( I am on the fence about this...but it IS nice....for an AK variant, anyhow ), 1 in 9 barrel Jeff had custom made for me, dual color night sight refills, Green front and orange rear. Wood is new and I have a refinished pistol grip on the way. Boy, I feel bad for making Jeff put that trashcan gun receiver mount on it....but it sure works GREAT! |

Got my Jeff Miller build out a few times over the holidays. DAMN, smooth doesn't describe it. I had Jeff procured a specially turned 1 in 9 barrel for me. We had to wait almost a year for it as his vendor was busy with other things. To say it was worth the wait would be an understatement.
This thing is smooth as silk, accurate as all hell....literally it is exactly as accurate as my AUG or any of my Colt ARs. As a guy who hates AKs (don't ask how I got roped into this, but it was worth it) this thing has just impressed the hell out of me. Now, if I could only find a trigger that was crisp. Shit, even if I can't...I will live with it as is, gladly!

 My .308 ACE. Really like this thing, plan to replace the optic at some point with something a bit higher in power. The PEPR mount lets you use the iron sights as well which is pretty nifty. |
