Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Korean 10 round mags

I took an AK to the range today, the first time in years

Recently I bought 4 10 rnd steel mags, I don't remember from who at the moment and I wanted to do a function check on them.

The follower is steel and stamped KCI USA.  The floor plate is stamped mad in Korea

None of the 4 would seat in my WASR.  The first one jammed in the mag well and I was lucky to get it out

It may be the tab on the back side (I don't know the technical term).

It may need to be filed down

Any and every mag I have ever tried fit perfectly in this WASR

I have 5 KCI gen 2 /10 rounders that fit and feed great in a new riley
