The good folks at Kalashnikov USA have released the pistol version of their 104. It seems to be available for purchase HERE.
It costs a mere $1499.00.  (That's $100 more than the SBR version.... but don't worry this one doesn't come with a stock, so...) |

I just saw the email notification come through. I was also surprised that the 7.62x39 variant cost that much. I would have expected it for the 5.45x39 AK105 but not the 104. Anyways, that's inflation for ya...

Hard pass.
A PSA builder kit is less than half the cost. I kinda want a 5.5mm trunnion and bump rivet, but not THAT bad. |

Pretty steep for my blood. Especially when better equipped rifles are cheaper.
I know, economies of scale and all, but yikes. |

Due to this thread, KUSA has DROPPED the price to $1349.
This is still a bit higher than it should sell for IMHO. My advice to KUSA: activate coupon-code "BigSal" and drop this thing to $1100. Lets see what they do.

Nice. Still slightly rich for my blood. Only because it's a little dense in my toy chest. However, if this came with a brace stock or some extra mags. I think $1299 would be a good sweet spot for them to start. I like the idea of the coupon code. Sounds like they need to contract you to their marketing team
