I am running a Kaw Valley Precision 3 lug adapter on my kp9 SBR with a silencerco octane 45 HD. The adapter screws all the way onto the threads and flush against the front sight block so the plunger does not interfere at all. The can aligns/indexes perfectly and has been rock soild with no issues and I take the can off/on alot.

Sweet. That’s what I wanted to hear. And it’s nice to know the muzzle device made it all the way on. My Sig 45 can doesn’t as the barrels threads are just too long.

Using a Silencerco Omega 9K with a Silencerco low profile trilug mount, and a Silencerco trilug adapter, works great no issues 2000+ suppressed rounds....

Planning on running a tri lug on mine as well. Sent KUSA an email requesting they make a tri lug mount that uses the AK plunger pin. Not necessarily needed, but a cool touch IMO.
