I don't see a specific Bulgarian 556 krink piston listed. Will the Bulgarian krink 545 piston fit for me?

In general are the 104ur and 106ur parts interchangeable?

Depends on your carrier.  I ordered a spare carrier for my sam7k.  Then drilled off the pistol and measured it and ordered the kns piston for it.  That same carrier and piston works in my 106ur.

Fwiw, the carrier is listed specifically as 7.62 and 5.56.  it does not mention 5.45 anywhere on it.
