Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - KCI and SHK Magazine Question

I have some SHK mags and I was wondering what is the difference between them and the KCI mags? I know that they are both Korean made mags. I really like the SHK mags that I bought and they fit my GF3 perfect.

Do they both have a plastic follower? If so, can those followers be changed out to a European follower?

Are there any good videos out there on these mags? Maybe some torture testing videos?
