I have never had or seen this problem My SKS and AK both function perfect and have never done any of the things described on there page. If your having a problem with blown primers. I would ask here first. His work dose look good, but seems unnecessary.

I had a sticky firing pin popping primers etc. I replaced it, made sure it rattled when I shook the bolt, and have had no more problems.

I think it's just someone trying to make a buck on something that you can fix on your own.

I agree, it is important to keep the firing pin channel clean and grease free. Not shooting corrosive ammo makes this easier, thanks!
