step 1: File form 1
Step 2: get receiver engraved when form 1 is approved
step 3: Add stock adapter / buffer tube / stock of choice

= SBR

Super easy - the post above plus drilling two holes.

What type of SBR are you after?

(while I know you specifically asked about the PAP model)

I have done SBRs on 2 Dracos now. First one was drill and tap for folding AR adapter, the other I drilled rivets, welded holes up, drilled new holes for fixed rear trunnion and installed a wood stock. Both of these can be done at home. It's easy.

The easy way would be to drill a hole in the rear trunnion and do a CNC warrior stock/adapter. I did a rear trunnion swap (hard way), pics of my M92.

I drilled the rear of my trunion and put a vz58 stock on mine. It's an excellent option.

That's exactly what I want.

Send it to me...

I went with cutting down my 2 slr rifles to get folding stocks. The m92 sbr I wanted a fixed stock but didn't want to wait forever to find someone to fix the rear trunioun. Go a usmg fixed stock adapter and drilled out a couple holes then chopped a bit off a wood stock and screwed em together. And it currently has a ak74 style brake for added giggles when it shoots fire sideways.  My favorite sbr so far.

I took the "easy" route and couldn't be happier. Drill and tap rear trunnion, add Ace folder mechanism and CNC Warrior triangle stock and voila.

I didn't feel like going through the trouble of mounting an underfolder which I find is less stable than my current setup.

looks good.

I actually just sent off my paperwork to SBR my ar15 in 7.62x39 10.5"

AKs look cooler SBRed but I think I'll get more use out of an AR.
