I have 2 Saiga 7.62x39's that I purchased a long while ago.  They work great as is, but I want to put a can on at least one of them.  I bought the proper drill rod and check barrel concentricity of both with my 30 cal suppressor, and the rod is too close for comfort.  What would it cost to fix this?  How would they even fix this?

Is the bore not concentric to the barrel, or are the threads not concentric to the bore? Or both?

This is very important. If the later, cut and rethread. If the first not much I know of. I had a .22 that the bore was extremely off center to the barrel.

Gotta trim the threads off, turn between centers, and cut new threads.

I made a post a little while back on this subject. Middle of page 5 in this thread. Hope it helps!
