Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Help with POSP 2.5-5x

Please help me with my 2.5-5x PSOP scope that I bought from kalinka.  It was working great until all of a sudden the power ring would only turn to about 4.25, no matter how much I tried.  I cannot get it to full 5x magnification!  I really love the scope.  I just don't know how to fix it.  I emailed kalinka and they pretty much blew me off and said ask in the forums.  Can anyone help me?  It would be so much appreciated.
