Pretty sure that’s what this is. Any safety issues, quirks or problems anyone’s aware of? Fond of all ten fingers and face in its current configuration.
 ETA… Read some on the interwebz that maybe the Egyptian ammo was made in Pakistan and may be corrosive.

It's definitely Egyptian.
The Arabic lettering for ‘A.R.E.’ at the 12 o’clock position stands for ‘Arab Republic of Egypt’, as seen on Egyptian ammunition produced from 1971 until present. Clockwise from there are the Arabic numerals for ’27’, referring to the Shoubra Company for Engineering Industries (Factory 27). I think it's from 1990 (per the box) but not 100% sure on that. @1Devildog |

Yes. Correct.
The date "90" is on the box and in the head stamp. In Arabic it looks very similar as their 9 looks like ours and a zero is a dot. |
