I know everyone loves the chiappa 9mm but does anyone here have the Draco 9mm? Opinions? Is the bolt pretty much identical to a standard AK47 bolt? Except for the caliber? Opinions.... don't know much about the draco (never seen one) but i tried a saiga 9 from izhmash and it is totally different from an ak (blowback action and, in the automatic version, open bolt). |

I got to try one at the shop/range I frequent. It worked well ( i only tried one mag, but the owner has put many mags through it without problems.) But since it wasn't braced it felt awkward and front heavy-for a 9mm and I wasn't too impressed - but it hadn't been accessorized - so not the best evaluation.
An AR or Scorpion seems much more balanced as a 9mm PCC - just my experience. |

The Draco and Chiappa are both made by the same place, so they should work the same. It's just a simple straight blowback action, so not a lot to worry about as long as it feeds and all accounts seem to suggest they're good at that.
My Chiappa works great with Beretta magazines, so I wouldn't be afraid of getting the Draco. I did see a Draco at the range, but didn't handle it since I didn't want the long handguard/barrel. |

The Century Arms-Draco NAK 9 is a dynamic little gun and awesome once a brace is installed . They work well with the aftermarket Glock mags and even can sport a drum.
