I’m helping my dad turn his SKS’s into a Bula M14.  
Does this Chinese sks have any additional value based on the importer than any other sks out there?
I was thinking i would advertise it at $650?

The importer adds zero to the value. Now placement, size and depth of the import markings may add to the desirability, but again not to the price.
