Can someone give me a rundown or links to what all the different receivers mean when it comes to drilling the holes?

For a Romanian can I use any template to drill, or is there something specific? I noticed childers has plastic punch guides, but none of them specifically say "Romanian fixed" but they do have a folding, but then also a Polish fixed.

It just seems like they would all pretty much use the same hole pattern.

For being something with a ghetto attachment associated with it, they seem kinda complicated
