Hey all, I did a search for this and didn't see any posts (unless my search glitched)

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with these receivers? http://www.childersguns.com/
Seems like a decent price. I just have no experience building an AK yet and didn't want to make a blind purchase.

Considered by many to be the best. Many options too. I had one and have no complaints.

I have about 10 -12 Childers receivers, great options probably the best in the industry, excellent quality. Can't go wrong.

Childers makes a nice receiver.

Cameron is a good dude. He works along side Vince Buckles and makes damn good ak receivers. He started in college building aks for friends and eventually made his way to russia and did a bunch of research there as to how and why the receivers were built the way they are. Excellent stuff.

Edit: Vince has his shop called Mesa Kinetic Research. His guns are NOT cheap, but are fucking solid, unlike the Century shit imports that are slapped together. Theres a lot of love and time that goes into each build he does. Its about as close to an authentic   build you'll get.

I have no first hand experience but from what I have read they are top notch. I plan on using one for a bugly 74 here soon.

Why do you like them more than the Childers? Just curious as i am planning for an AK build in the future.
