I long ago gave up on ever trying to ID bent parts based on pictures on the internet since there is so much potential for camera lens distortion and other POV mirages.
First off: that barely even registers to me as canted. That wouldn't bother me at all. But different strokes and all...
ETA: let me clarify... If the rifle is zeroed with the front post at its current position I would consider it good. The post tower itself LOOKS canted slightly in one of the photos, but again, it can just be the way I'm looking at it or the way your photo is shot.
There is a sort of tolerance stacking game with AK barrel components and sights. If the RSB is canted, it can affect the sight picture and make it appear that the FSB is canted when it actually is not - at least in relation to the trunnion.
I have also seen where the rear sight leaf elevation ramp is either ground unevenly, or the sight leaf sits unevenly in the RSB because one of the sight leaf pegs is misshapen, or the hole drilled in the RSB for the sight leaf pegs has an issue like a small burr on one side. Any one of these things can cause the sight leaf to tilt to one side when seated on the RSB, giving the appearance of a canted FSB, and possibly affecting zero as well, requiring that the front post be moved.
Above all else... It's a mix master Egyptian AK. It looks good to me as it is. I would be very likely to pin it the way it is, enjoy it, and move on to other things in life.
