I am looking for a picatinny rail adapter for the Red Army Standard Micro mount, I want to go from the micro to a rail, or one that deletes the micro and bolts to the side mount with a rail.

I can't find anything and it seems it would be out their.

To the best of my knowledge that doesn't exist.  RS is your best (and only) option that I know of.
