I bought these quite awhile ago and I'm fairly sure they are Bulgarian mags. One side has the mold number and the other side has a circle with nothing in it. Ink stamps on all of them. If they're not Bulgarian, please let me know. Thanks!

They are Soviet made mags from the Molot plant.  They are typically referred to as sanitized or scrubbed mags.  They were made for export to other soviet bloc countries like bulgaria for example
