Got a Spitfire HD Gen II on a whim and was thinking about putting it on one of my AK74s, and I thought the Attero Bravo T1 mount might work since the Vortex has a T1 style base. Has anyone tried this yet, or know someone somewhere that has? Would the Bravo XL mount be required?

XL mount is for extended type optics. If the Vortex RDS states it used the T1 pattern, then the Attero Bravo mount will work.

How do you like that optic on an AK? I’m wondering if I want to go similarly with a low power prism for light weight and fast shots from 0 to 400 yards.

i don't have it on an AK, decided I'm going to put it on a lightweight AR308 build I'm doing. The eye relief wouldn't work with an Attero mount, maybe with a T1 side mount, but my Bulgy AK doesn't have a side rail.
