"We are seeing ammo prices continue to normalize even after the Russian ammo ban spike . While we do not think it will be bottom dollar the ammo prices should get to a tolerable level soon barring any other Biden surprises . We had stated from the bringing of the Russian scare not to be freaked out about it as there are open import permits that will probably last a year or more . There are other players both foreign and domestic that are looking to fill this future ammo void".
Also this one.
"Other info on the Future Ammo front , Palmetto has contracted with a Eastern European firm to bring over their ammo production tooling and know how and set up in the US to manufacture Domestically made steel cased ammo. While there has been no firm prices ironed out they anticipate this to be competitively affordable for shooters who were previously shooting Russian sourced ammo . PSA is serious with this venture and their investment cost is staggering so I think we will see a positive impact from this on the ammo market in the future" .
