Anyone have experience with any 47 / 74 builds from Meridian Ordnance in Kentucky?

I need a build (thinking of a Khyber Pass and/or a 74 underfolder) and they look interesting.  I have family about an hour away from there and it would make for a good trip.

Mike Owen at Meridian is a great gunsmith and better guy.  He has worked on several projects for me and is very detail oriented.  I would recommend him highly.

I used them once.  They quoted me 1 month turn around, and they had it for 4 months.  Then they called me to tell me they had accidentally sold my rifle to a customer...  The next day they called me again to tell me that they had found it and would be shipping it back to me.

I contacted them about working on another AK for me, and they never got back with me.  I contacted Two River Arms instead.
