Anyone here ever put together such a beast? Pondering a new SBR build for suppressed use.

There's a couple of companies out there that make all kinds of adapters, perhaps one has made a 3 lug in 14x1LH. To answer your question though, I have never seen it. I'm sure it's been done before though, cause, why not?

On a 3 lug, you have the 2 halves.  The side that stays on the gun and the side that stays on the suppressor.  Usually the mount that stays on the suppressor are rated for pistol and subsonic rifle rounds.  Not sure if its the fact that there's a few parts inside or that they use spring pressure to stay aligned.

You'd have to use something like the Gemtech system. Traditional HK three lugs cannot be used on rifle calibers, they do not survive the heat.
