AK trigger group problem

When I would fire a round, the trigger would go dead. The trigger spring would come undone on the right hand side of the receiver. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the fcg and trigger spring to no avail. Any tips or suggestions?

Post some pics of the trigger group as installed.

Probably an issue with the installation of the hammer/trigger combination spring, but the pictures will tell the tale.
