Unicorn usually implies something that exists but is rare.  I don't think Arsenal ever made a 104ur (or 107ur) in pistol form.  
Thats why people went out of their way and paid $2.2k to convert a 106ur pistol into 5.45.

If you want a trip down memory lane and add a piece of US history to your gun collection, you can seek out the FB Radom 89s.  That was the pistol the ATF used to determine that 7N6 was "armor piercing ammo that can be fired from a pistol" and ban it.  Not sure they ever were imported, but they were approved for importation.
