In Cohoes. Couple days ago got a APP code error on my older HD box .. the lighter gray one. After calling Time Warner a little while ago, i was advised i should get a new box altho they saw no issues with my box from their location. I just went to the Time Warner store in Clifton Country Mall tonite to exchange for the new black samsung box with verticle blue power button up front .. nice lookin box .. but the guy at the counter who was real nice said .. just to let you know . the internals on your old box and this one are the same ... i shrugged ..

I get home and upon reboot i get either an L-13 code error on the front of the box .. or E-13 code error .. I'm getting REAL sick of Time Warner. Unfortunately they are my only option other than dish which i won't touch.

Anyone else getting similar problems ?  Any fixes?
