I'm looking at either the medium or large latch. I'm leaning towards the large as the faster you can grab something seems better to me.
What's your opinion?
Thanks.

How would the larger one be faster? I'm curious to know how you think it will improve your speed? More reliable at getting a good "grip" on the charging handle and more comfortable (more area to spread pressure out on) sure. My next AR-15 will have a BCM gunfighter charging handle simply because it makes it more comfortable and provides a more "reliable" and more comfortable surface to grab for yanking the charging handle.
agreed, should be based on comfort and design improvements... you grab either one and pull they are both going to be just as fast as eachother
I like the #4, not sure what size that is. You'll hear dumb stuff about it "poking" you or hanging up on your gear etc. but it's a nice improvement and the stoutest one I've tested/dealt with. The 3gun distinction isn't a factor for me, I don't run "lightweight"/"fun-gun" stuff..... what I'm saying is that I use this on all of my rifles, including my 3gun rifle.
I prefer the Mod 4 (medium). But just like most things on an AR, it's a personal preference.
I've used the BCM Mod 3 and 4 (med and large) and have come to the conclusion that I like the Badger Ordnance the best.
