Is there a slip on or another kind of butt pad that will work to add some length to the stock?

This is accessory from Nexus Tactical is the only one I have ever seen, but they have listed it as a "project" for a couple yrs now.

Did they just adapt a Magpul buttpad to fit?

No idea, nor is it apparent how it is tacked on, though an adhesive is 1 way.  Industrial Velcro would be another option, the added benefit would be being able to remove it if desired.

The cross section of it sure looks like the "enhanced" one, or whatever for the CTR.

Damn Beretta for selling out of the enlarged cocking handle!

It is still listed on the Beretta USA website, not that it really means anything. Buds is selling them for $899 so perhaps Beretta is blowing them out.

Yeah, it does.  Easy enough to tack on yourself like I mentioned.  I didn't know the cocking handle knobs were out of stock.

I hope you have better luck than I did with Beretta LE. I was passed around so many times eventually being transferred to Brownells. At that point I hung up.

Seems the only contact they want is via email. Didn’t try that yet since I was so pissed by then.

I was in Academy yesterday and they are selling the ARX for $879. I recently bought one from Buds for $899. I’d almost feel bad except that instead of $70 in tax I had to pay a $15 transfer. So, even with the slightly higher Buds price I still saved about $35.

After emailing Beretta over the course of 18 months asking when the 10.5" barrels would be back in stock, and being told each time "about 6 months", I bit the bullet so to speak and ordered the $849 spare parts kit from Botach so I can finally finish out my SBR.  Painful to say the least, but on the bright side, if they do discontinue it, I'll have spare parts.

Did you call to verify they’re actually in stock? I called about 3 weeks ago and they weren’t and had no idea if they ever would. They put me on the list to call when more came in but no call yet.

That’s not an actual Beretta SBR kit, which was about $400 and included the barrel and a shorter case. That’s an ARX-100 SBR that Botach removed the serialized receiver from because they’re having trouble moving the number of ARX SBRs they bought.

Honestly, for that price, just spend the extra $50 and get an SBR.

FFLs can take liberties that Jo Public can’t. It's the barrel that still puts you on the map. I’ve inquired with a dealer about it Several companies with have NFA rules apply when ordering a short barrel. Then you have to find a separate place to keep the barrel apart from your ARX100. To keep it legal. I get what you are saying about just getting the ARX100 SBR. Botach should have some legalese listed with the auction.

for $900 there's nothing that comes close to the arx 100.

CHF CL barrel
COMPLETE ambi control system w/ejection side change
monolothic rail
foldable stock
quick barrel change system (among the fastest)

There's no way you could rig up an ar15 for that price.

Why hasn't the arx 100 gotten more popular?
Are they actually going to stop importing them?

So the question is "are they going to stop producing them for the U.S. commercial market?"

Going by their serial number page they're still cranking them out despite rumors that production had halted. Mine are in the SX10200 to SX10500 serial number range purchased and manufactured last year, and they're currently between SX12700 and SX12800 with a manufacture date of 2018 before the valid serial numbers run out.

I have noticed some places that have gone out of stock have not been replenished, though. They may have finally shut down the ARX-100 equipment in MD for the move to TN sometime earlier this year if that number doesn't keep increasing.

Checking SX08600 shows 2017, so maybe they just cranked out a shitload of them in early 2017. Mine were purchased in April 2017, so they must have gone from SX086xx to SX105xx inside of four months.

Skateboard tape, or similar is the easiest route.  I never understood why the design didn't just incorporate stilling & maybe handstops on the ends, but then, I also don't get the lack of QD sockets, or HK loops, or just about anything more modernly compatible than the 60's era sling loops.  But whatever, I guess.

Now if the TN plant would just crank out commercial variants of the ARX-200 with MLok for end...
