Dam it..seeing a store like this makes me
full of envy & piss's me off that I live in a dam country bumpkin town. Jesus I'm the second largest town in Georgia & this store has more firearms on one wall than Augusta has in the whole dam town. I'm originally from Florida but I got abducted by my parents at an early age & brought to this fuckin Bubba town full of dam tobacco chewing fuckin Georgia fans..SHIT..i ain't looking no dam more right now I want to shoot someone for leaving me here FUCCCCCK! And it ain't fuckin funny

I was wondering when this thread would hit the next page. Dang signMan, sorry you are having a hard time. It wasn't too long ago you couldnt find a nice 1911 shop in our neck of the woods either. A growing interest of my own added with encouragement and early guidence from SGB has us on our own now.
There's still some things I want to work on. I try to pick up a new selction of items every year. Last year it was grips, we picked up heavy on VZ, a little from Wicked Grips, and a good sampling of other wood, aluminum and other synthetic grips. Next on my list is holsters. Right now I have a decent selection of leather from Galco and Kydex from Blade-Tech, with a little exotic stuff from Wilson and Nighthawk thrown in. But Im looking to pick up something a little different, just am not sure what yet. We'll see. Shot Show is right around the corner! |

Here's a couple photos of my Baer wearing the VZ Gators I picked up from Gun Gallery. I was glad to be able to stop by on my trip up to NJ for vacation, as the store is 3 hrs from where I live and that's a long drive for some 1911 grips. Gun Gallery was definitely the best gun shop I've ever been in. The employees were all helpful and they definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I definitely recommend.

Here's some new ones.
Lightweight Operator, this was a nice gun and it sold quick. I liked the darker grips and the aluminum frame made for a light govt model. 
Kimber Compact Covert Carry 
SS Wilson CQB Elite with a Bullet Proof upgrade 
Guy who bought it decided he liked the look of lighter wood for the grips 
A 9mm Wilson came in as well, but it sold as soon as it got in and I wasnt there. Missed taking pics of that one 
We should have a Nighthawk on the way in which should be sweet. Its one of their lightweight models and I requested it totally black, no silver on the trigger, hammer, barrel, nothing. Should be pretty slick. |

Like most shops, things remain very busy. 1911 sales continue to be very good. Supply however is becoming an issue.

Ed Brown made a tan frame Special Forces with AlumaGrips which could only be ordered at Shot Show '09. They said they made about 30. Ours came in Monday.

Yea, the Diamond Black is still about the best finish I have come accross. I like your choice of the Heine sights as well.

Continues to be busy, supply remains an issue. Did get some good ones in, but some of them sold so quickly I couldnt get a pic. For example, got one of the new Colt Delta Elites in, but it sold before I could bring my camera in. Wilson sent back last years rental gun after rebuilding it. New barrel, refinished, it looked like new and sold for cheap. It didnt last on the shelf for a couple hours before it left.

The lightweight is not Diamod Black. I asked for it to be done in that finish, but was later informed they could not apply that finish to aluminum. I actually have A LOT more pics. A lot of cool guns have come in and gone out. I just have to get them loaded and posted. As you might guess, work has been very busy lately. Maybe tomorrow there will be time.

Been a while... Things are slowing a little, but only on weekdays. I've snapped pics of most of the new guns coming in, but theres been several I've missed.
First is a customers Kimber CDP Pro thats been a little customized. We've added a black safety and although this picture does not show it, he put a metal MSH with lanyard. The grips are VZ Operators in Black Desert and some of the super fat Wilson base plates 
Springfield Professional with rail 
Used Kimber RCP came in on trade 
Colt Army model from their custom shop. Engraved, real Ivory grips, monogram MSH, presentation case. I dont know how many were made, this one is serial #7

It was incredible seeing all the high end 1911's and accesories in one place, with great pricing too! I am moving to Jacksonville and your shop is the most exciting part of the move for me!
