Yes, for the most part anything you see here has been for sale in the shop, however, the great majority of them are now gone. The Costa gun you mentioned is long gone, two others have come and gone since that time as well.
|
|
|
I realize most are already gone. But when you post them are the currently for sale usually?
I really like the Costa but the big word Costa on the side kills it for me. And no ambi safety. Was just pointing out the jacked up rear sight. Thanks |

You may notice in some of the Costa gun photo's the name/logo being blacked out. We specified that when we ordered the guns. I was told that all future models will come like that. So, while they will still have the name/logo, they will all be subdued from now on.
We have been unable to pull Martin aside to take pictures of new guns lately, and with things as insane and volatile as that have been, we have suspended MOST non local sales. However, by the time the new Costa models we ordered come in, things will likely have calmed down substantially. Nighthawk was quoting about a year at the start of SHOT. By the end of SHOT they were at almost, or just over 2 years... Things are crazy. |

Sorry for the shortage of pics. If things are calm this week I may be able to get some time to snap some.

I still need to post pics of the trp operator I bought from you guys. That's still kosher right?

RIP John Noveske. You'll be remembered as the great man that you were.

Many of us check this thread daily for updates, but we do indeed understand that these are busy times. But know this my friend, your pics are definitely worth waiting for. Originally Posted By lowonair:I still need to post pics of the trp operator I bought from you guys. That's still kosher right?
Neil posted earlier that folks can post pics of the 1911's that were purchased from The Gun Gallery. Let's see it. |

Towely: My gf used to spit it into Coke bottles by the side of the bed. They would fill up a fair bit before she disposed of them... She's not crazy.

Lots of beautiful single stacks, do you move many double stacks such as STI's?
|
|
I think "coward" should become the next popular, well used insult, it's so seldom used yet so appropriate for so many.
|
Not many. About 4 or 5 years ago we got set up with an STI distributor, but it seemed like only a handful of people were interested. Most of the people coming in looking seem to favor the traditional single stack .45. We'll see what happens in the future.

Recently fired a "barely broken in" Wilson Combat that JAMMED every 3rd round. I would put my TRP Operator up against any WC any day of the week.

Variety is the spice of life, so I've been told. Quite the variety of 1911's in here.

As it appears Gun Gallery hasn't posted in near 3 years and others can't seem to follow the rules this thread is done.
