That Champion looks great. I've got one that's at SA right now to be refinished in those same colors. It will be wearing black VZs however.
Also love that two-tone Ed Brown. Someone ended up with a super nice 1911. |

And here we are back again. This time I have a Kimber Pro Covert II I'm a sucker for Marpat type patterns and I really like the way these grips look. I also threw in a M3 Centurion surefire. It reminds me of the M2 I had when I was in the Marine Corps that got stolen. If they made a mix of the M2 and E2DLED it'd be the perfect carry light IMO. Anyway, on to the pics.

So I've got some New stuff for you guys. We've been trying to get more of the High end 1911's in here and theiy've just been hard to find. when we finally started selling some of the models that have been here for awhile we would call Nighthawk, Wilson, Ed Brown, Les Baer and all of them were back ordered for a good bit. which has left our high end 1911 case a little low on the Semi Custom 1911's. Well we just got two more in the other day and have a few more on order. Pretty cool stuff. Okay on to the pictures.
First up is a Nighthawk T3 Comp. Pretty neat carry gun. We just sold our last T3 that I posted pictures of and this one became available so we snagged it up. I haven't shot this ported model yet but I can imagine he tames that .45 pretty well. As always I think the T3 is one of the best carry 1911's out there. Great photos and presentations (as usual) Omega-Cog. I'm drooling over that T3 Comp. What is the finish of the pistol, is it Perma Kote or Diamond Black? You guys must be psychic, because I have both a NHC & LB on my wanted list. Problem is, each time I go into your shop, I end up with a higher end pistol and now it takes even longer to pay it off. Oh well, not complaining, just crying out loud, cause I want that T3 Comp. If it's still around when I'm poised to pounce on it, the little precious will be all mine. |

So can i just call you guys and buy something you have in stock and send you the ffl info? Some of the pistols pictured have me itching to spend money.

Here is a picture of one of Neil's 1911's. Kimber Warrior, is the name, however there isn't much Kimber left. The frame slide and barrel are all that remains of the original gun. Our own SGB did quite a bit of the work on this gun, and can probably tell you more about it than me. The finish is all Ion Bond AKA Diamond Black. The Tan Ion Bond isn't quite as strong as the black finish to my understanding, but it is still supposed to be very tough. As you can see instead of checkering the frontstrap, backstrap, slide stop, and mag release are all made to match the gunner grips. IIRC all the mim parts were replaced with Ed Brown parts.

I recall Neil's Warrior being upgraded by SGB a few years ago, but are all these other mods recent? The Ion Bond is terrific and the selected parts in black are very well done; adding contrast and visual interest, while still projecting a powerful aesthetic appearance. I love how the treatment on the front strap & MSH tie into the stocks; and the carryover touches on the mag release, slide release and recoil spring plug are awesome. That pistol is incredibly well done without being over done. |

Most of that stuff was done a long time ago. I also forgot to mention that Chuck Rogers of Rogers Precision, did the Golfball Texturing. And yeah, it's a pretty awesome gun. |

Next on the list is Neil's Nighthawk Talon II . Has the Ed Brown Bobtail feature, hand stippling, forward cocking serations, and all Diamondblack/Ion Bond finish. Most of the other features are standard for the Talon II . The hand stippling was done on the front strap, back strap, slide lock, and magazine release.

Wow, Neil's NHC is awesome and most tastefully done. Is there no limit to Neil's covert tuxedo-wearin' arsenal? I mean, seriously, we all know he's one of the quickest and most accurate AR-Gunners on the East Coast. But, damn, who knew he was a Hard-Pipe-Hittin' Pistol Pusher too. I mean, what next, a Dave Erickson Condition One custom or something? |

I had the pleasure of handling this pistol and if Neil's custom is an example of the high standard creations available through Dave @ Condition One, then all I can say is it's worth every penny. To this day, the blending job on that pistol is the best I've ever seen. You can tell that there's a real passion behind the scenes to create such a masterpiece. |

Here we are again with even more 1911 pictures. Today we have a few anniversary 1911's. First iup is a Smith & Wesson with some pretty cool engraving. Smith says they are only making 500 of these, and they have a special serial number range as well and a nice display box for it. Special Serial Number Range: JBP0001 - JBP0500 We have JBP0135. Has a very nice look to it and with the box would make a pretty nice presentation piece.

Very Nice! I didn't even know S&W was going to make a 1911 Anniversary. I'd be willing to bet that the S&W & Colt Anniversary models will be sold very quickly. |

The Colt was sold when I took the pictures. The Smith is currently still on the shelf, though we've had some interested lookers.

You don't see these every day, Springfield TRP Operator with a full rail. Pretty cool look to it. We have also recently acquired some of Hornady's new Zombie Max ammo. It doesn't stop me for searching for the post, but part of the problem is that it's no longer a sticky. There was much more exposure when this thread was a sticky and with it no longer being a sticky, many members aren't even aware that it exists. Problem with that is that they miss out on being able to view some incredibly nice 1911's. Actually, when I joined ARFCOM at the beginning of this year, it was because of this thread. Don't get me wrong, I love AR's too, but my passion is 1911's and if this thread wasn't a sticky at the beginning of the year, I would have never noticed it and probably wouldn't have gained forum membership. |

Ok so a little late but I've got two sets for you. Today was a really busy day for us and I didn't get to edit these Thursday night as planned.
First up is a Kimber Super Pro Carry with a little Super Carry Pro HD mixed in to add some flavor. Is it just me or does Kimbers system of naming stuff frustrate you? Anyway one of my favorite Kimbers. So many nice details on these Kimbers. I really like the look and feel of the texture and I'm a big fan of the rounded butt. My Co-Worker Alan put some Black 320 G-10 VZ grips on it which I think really had a great look on this two tone pistol. Also pictured a Galco Royal Guard inside the pants holster and a Gerber Mini Covert Anyway here are the pics. The Second set I have today is I gun a customer was talking to me about and kind of mulling over while hanging out in our shop. He told me he'd been looking for an Operator for a while now and seemed to be kinda hesitant to pull the trigger. So after taking the last set I took the Operator he was looking at grabbed a holster and a set of VZ grips and started taking pictures. He told me he liked the cami pattern grips better so I put those on there and before you know it he took the gun, grips, and holster home. He'll have to wait for the knife I guess. Anyway Springfield Operator with Blade-tech IWB holster in carbon fiber look with VZ grips, Surefire X-300, and Zero Tolerance knife.
