Picked it up off my dads friend. Trying to get an idea of age and value...

3rd picture says

"Montana Marshal"

I had a 357 version called the Western Marshall. They are good quality guns made by JP Sauer & Son.





I bought it for 90.00 with all of the screws loose. I fixed it up shot it some and sold it for 180.00. I dont think they are rare or collectible but a very good value in that style of gun.

I have one in 357 magnum very accurate and fun  to shoot can use 38 special also seen them on gunbroker from time to time any where from
200 to 350 range for the magnum

Everything I could find on them always indicated they were decent made firearms.   I had a pair of .44's that functioned well.  As far as value though,

none seem to be very expensive.  2-300 max for that one would be my estimated value.  I believe Hawes firearms imported them.

Friend has one.  Decent revolver,nothing special.  Made in the sixties for the most part.  As I recall there were a number of importers. Hawes, Herters, maybe some others.  Fairly common.
