First check that the mag is seated correct all the way; sometimes the simple fix is best.

Throw the plastic mag in the trash and replace with OEM.

I think what you are saying, is that the bolt is not being held back by the follower.
If that is the case, then I would look to the mag. The reason being, is that the bolt (which is flat at the bottom) would have to be WAYYYYYYYY out of spec to not hit the mag follower. Just try some tapcos. It's worth it. |

Without seeing anything, I am going to tell you it is the stupid after-market mag. Lose it.
