Can anyone knowledgeable on SKS's tell me if this rifle might be a Sino Soviet? I am looking to purchase, but am not sure if its even worth my effort. The pictures are not very good, but its the best I got right now.

Need a closeup of the area where the serial number is. Block out the last 4 digits of the serial number when you post the pic but the important part is the symbol.

That looks like a 2 million serial number. That would put it at a 1958 manufacture. It is not a Sino- Soviet.

Sorry for not posting. I was thinking about buying this from the guy before I left for my trip, but ended up not having any time. It's good that it turned out to not be a sino soviet as that was the only reason I wanted it.
