Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Quick question on Norinco, serial # related.

Visited my gun loving uncle today and he pulled out two of his SKS's.
a Russian and a Norinco.
The Norinco had serial # 000001 on the stock and all other numbers match on the weapon.
Does he have something? I am totally unfamiliar with these weapons.
It was bought new about 28-30yrs ago

Post some pictures and what else is stamped on the rifle #'s, letters,symbols and so on.  
Just a s# on a chinese SKS does not mean much.  We would need more info.
