How rare are Bulgarian steel ((25)) mags in 7.62x39? I picked up a few at the gun show the other day and I can't find any info. Lots of info on Bakelite 5.45x39 mags but nothing on 7.62x39. Did I pick up a good deal at $25.00 each? (mint)

These mags must be Rare. Still haven't found anything other then they are.

"Most of these “Late Bulgarian Steel Mags” are unmarked, but a few have shown up stamped with either an “E” in double  circle  or “25” in double circle stamping on the rear spine.  The “25” in double circle represents Optico Electron Inc., a well known Bulgarian manufacturer of polymer AK-74 mags."

The Ones I picked up are 7.62x39 steel "25” in double circle stamping on the rear spine.

Does any one else have these mags??

I have a giant box of AK mags . The only ones that stand out are the Russian slabsides and the Chinese . The rest of the commie mags look the same to me . I am sure there are a lot of guys here like me who just shoot them .
