Can anyone tell me about these? Are they for the commercial market?

These look like converted 74 mags.

Thanks Rocksarge, that's what I was thinking... I knew it looked like a 74 mag and I know I have never seen those in 556, so I wasn't sure. Yeah, $39. is a lot to pay for a converted mag in my opinion. For a mag that will probably not be 100%... I think someone was selling converted 74 mags at one time. I think I'll just invest in Beryl mags...thanks!

That magazine has 11 ribs like an 5.45 mag. Beryl 5.56 mags for example only have 9 ribs. Izhmash 5.56 magazines only have 9 ribs. Seems like a 5.56 mag should have fewer ribs than a 5.45 mag because it has less curvature.  So I would question whether an 11 rib slab side magazine like that wasn't a 5.45 mag body. And if it is, it will not feed correctly in a 5.56 AK. Been there and done that with some 5.56 SAR magazines that had 5.45 mag bodies.

That pic is a 5.45 mag but the description of 74N/74NC refers to a Bulgarian 556 mag.

Never heard of a mag converted to 223 that ever worked good.  Stick with the factory ones.

There are many many vendors selling that exact same mag and calling it a M74N (nato) mag. It's not a case of wrong picture with the description.

RSR Group has their pictures all fucked around on their site for their Arsenal AK mags. They are a big wholesaler that drop ships everything for half the companies that sell shit. I think people have to use a website inventory setup tied to their shit when they drop ship.

My guess is they used the wrong photo for the ad.   I wish they had a photo of the other side, maybe a "5,56x45mm" marking would put the question to rest.
