Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - steel combloc mags without the rib on the back

I have alot of different ak mags but my favorite style of the steel comblocs are the style without the rib going down the back. does anyone know what country made these? and where can I buy these now? do they make them in 40 rounders? thanx for any help

The most common ones are Chinese Flat Backs, Good quality mil surp.

There are Korean copies that are considered range mags, not the same quality.

SGammo had a bunch a while back but they sold out finally, keep your eye on the Equipment Exchange here on arfcom as they pop up from time to time. Be prepared to pay a premium though, everybody likes those mags, very well thought of and collector material.
