I thought about something....

so 2 years ago I bought this kind of a drum for 70 bucks

standard new production romy drum.

But what about surplus "tilted" classic RPK drums? Is there an advantage between them and the new-production civilian market models?

if anyone has both which 1 is better? I know there was a deal for them for like 50 bucks a few months ago or so

One easier to load vs robust construction(and maybe reliability)...

This is my understanding of it, plus the angled mags are supposed to give you a tiny bit more ground clearance when firing off a bipod.

I bought a couple of SGammo's toploaders when they had them in stock, very solid robust mags but still easy to disassemble for cleaning.
